Southampton Online Transactions - Pay for it!

You can now pay for many council services online, using your credit or debit card. Simply select the desired payment service from the left hand menu!

To use the online payments service you will need to have with you your debit or credit card together with details of the bill you are paying. (for example: invoice number, customer id, date etc.)

Parking Penalty Charge Notice - To use the online payment service you will need to enter the PCN ticket number and the vehicle registration number. You cannot pay online if you have received a Warrant or if your vehicle has been clamped/removed by a baliff. If your vehicle has been clamped or removed by the baliff, you will need to contact the baliff company direct.

Council Tax Bill - You can pay your council tax bill online, your business rates bill using the online service. Please ensure you have your most recent bill with you when you use the online payment service.

Business Rates (NNDR) - If you are a local business, you can pay your business rates bill using the online service. Please ensure you have your most recent bill with you when you use the online payment service.

Housing Rents - If you are a council tenant, you can pay your rent online using this service.

Southampton City Council Invoices - You can pay any number of invoices online - (see the list in further information). Please make sure you have the invoice with you when you make the payment as you will need to enter the invoice reference number.

Other Payments Using Credit or Debit Cards - For those invoices or accounts which are not part of the automated payments service you can still make a payment using your credit or debit card. Simply ring the Cash Office between 9:00and 4:30 Monday to Friday and a member of staff will take the necessary details in order to process your payment.
