Proof for other people who live with you

People who live with you may affect the amount of benefit you get, we may need to see proof relating to them:

  • Partner - we will need to see ID and Nino proof and proof of all of their income and savings
  • Children - we may ask to see your Child Benefit award letter
  • Boarders and sub tenants - we will need to see proof of the rent you charge them
  • Non dependants - we will need to see proof of their income
  • Students - proof of student status
