The LABC-HALLMARK The Premier Guarantee 10 year New Homes Warranty

MASTERBOND Warrant
This product is available from the Federation of Master Builders in association with Local Authority Building Control. The Masterbond covers Renovations, extensions and general home improvements. LATENT GOLD Warranty
This product is available from Bland Bankart in conjunction with Local Authority Building Control (for new commercial properties). ENVIRONMENTAL GOLD Warranty
Bland Bankart provide insurance solutions to owners of land where there is a risk of contamination. Environmental Gold was launched in conjunction with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) to provide the purchasers and owners of land with an insurance solution against problems that may have been caused by previous owners.
