| The ‘Local Development Framework (LDF)’ is the term used to describe the development plans affecting a local area. The plans affecting Southampton are available here. The plans are important because they set out how we want our city to look and feel. The plans will influence planning applications and decisions for the future development of the city.
There are broadly two types of plans: -Development Plan Documents (DPD) -Supplementary Plan Documents (SPD) | |
