West Quay Phase III
A full planning application has been submitted by Development Securities PLC for redevelopment of the land bounded by West Quay Road, Harbour Parade and the West Quay car park access road. The application is to provide a part 5-storey, part 6-storey building to provide a headquarters office building for Carnival UK with associated landscaping, car parking and servicing. The proposed development is for 20,979 square metres gross external floorspace and includes 91 car parking spaces. Five floors of offices are proposed with additional roof plant and a lower ground floor to accommodate the car parking and servicing arrangements. The main vehicular access to the site would be to and from the access road leading to the West Quay multi-storey car park where a new mini- roundabout is proposed. A controlled access onto West Quay Road for servicing purposes is also proposed.

URGENT NOTICE
