PublicAccess Planning Application Information System
What is PublicAccess?
PublicAccess for planning is an on-line Internet service that allows you to view some details of planning applications being considered by the Council. You can monitor the progress of an application, submit comments about the application, search a constantly updated list of applications received and decided each week, view details of many historic applications and view property details by reference to a map.
You can now view plans and other relevant documentation for all planning applications received from December 2007 (where available) and all Decision Notices issued from that date. Associated documents will normally be available within 5 working days of validation of the planning application, and Decision Notices within 2 working days of being issued subject to resources and workload. You will not be able print the Decision Notices as they are legal documents and carry a fee of £20.00.
Copies of Decision Notices are available from the above address.

PublicAccess is not intended to replace the Council's statutory register of planning applications. Current planning applications and documents are available for viewing on request at Gateway, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton (tel 023 8083 2166) during normal office hours. Historic records require 2 working days notice.
