By visiting the Train to Gain website, linked at the bottom of this page, you can invest in your staff and improve your business performance. Through us you can talk to an independent skills broker, appointed by the Learning and Skills Council who provides free impartial advice.
Southampton Information Training & Employment Services (SITES) provides support to businesses and individuals to:
• Reduce unemployment and increase the number of people in work
• Improve the skills levels of people in Southampton
• Reduce the number of people on low income and help people who find it difficult to find work
• Help local people to earn more money.
