We get it right, on time, everytime and we listen to our customers to make sure we are always improving and evolving.
If for any reason your refuse is not collected from your premises on the allocated day we will on notification from yourselves, return and collect all refuse the next working day. If we fail to do this, the collection undertaken will be free of charge. (This is subject to the conditions under which we trade).
