Food business operators must comply with the food hygiene regulations. The food safety service can give advice on complying with the regulations and will check that they are being followed when a food hygiene inspection is carried out.
The Food Standards Agency has produced a leaflet which provides useful information on the food hygiene regulations. This can be downloaded below.
