How you get paid
Invoices are generally paid within 30 days of receipt for correctly submitted invoices, subject to agreed terms and conditions.
Southampton City Council prefers to make payment by direct credit transfer, so you need to make sure that you provide your bank details to us before your contract with us begins.
Our purchase order will outline our general terms and conditions of purchase.
