The contracts listed may have extension options provided for within the terms and conditions of the contract. The exercising of these extension options may be awarded to the current supplier, subject to satisfactory performance and representing best value for money. The decision to extend the contract duration must be agreed by both parties, and will be determined before the contract is due to expire. Therefore not all of the contracts listed may actually result in new opportunities arising on or near the date shown.
Southampton City Council makes no undertakings to award replacement contracts for all or any of these supplies, works or services following the expiry of these contracts.
The dates shown are the current expiry dates of existing contracts. Any contract opportunities replacing these contracts will be advertised in advance of the expiry date.
