How to supply to us

Southampton City Council has made it a policy priority to deliver value for money and efficient services, as well as promoting economic prosperity in the city by improving the city’s infrastructure, facilitating business growth and enabling more residents to enjoy rewarding employment.

To do this, Southampton City Council is determined to make it easier to do business with us.

Whilst the council does not operate an ‘approved supplier’ list; it does however, encourage suppliers interested in dealing with the council to quote or tender for requirements as and when they arise. We aim to advertise these opportunities on 'Supply Southampton'.

Current opportunities valued above £100,000, for supplies and services, including procurements subject to EU regulation, can be found by clicking on the 'Supply Portal' link in the navigation to the left.

Current opportunities valued from £50,000 up to and including £100,000 for services and services; and from £50,000 and above for works, the contract opportunity can by clicking on the 'Current Adverts' link to the left.
