Details of service:
If you are entitled to receive an EMA you will receive your payment every week of your course. All we ask of you is that you turn up and show commitment to your learning programme. Most young people will be able to get help for two to three. The money goes directly into your bank account if you stay on to learn at school or college after your GCSE's. The EMA is available during term time for any academic or vocational courses (up to level 3), which involves at least 12 hours of guided learning per week.
You could get an extra bonus of £100 depending on how well you do with your learning programme. You could earn up to £500 extra money over two years.
You can get more cash in your pocket right now and also give yourself a brighter future with better job prospects in the future.
This scheme is now open to young people on a Learning and Skills Council funded “Education to Employment” (E2E) course and to those on a learning programme that leads to an apprenticeship.
