Vulnerable children

Some children and their families are more vulnerable than others are. They may need extra help to support their well-being and safety. These pages give info and guidance on the services and support we can offer to help those who need it.

Adoption

We provide complete adoption services, including preparing and placing children. We also help recruit, assess and support people who want to adopt children.

The children's assessment team works with children in need of protection from abuse, neglect and crime. We ensure children can access services that can help them.
