How your feedback has improved our services
As a result of customer feedback, we have implemented lots of practical solutions to resolve the issues you have identified. Some examples of actions we have taken include:
- Improving the Marland car park’s signage, making it clearly visible throughout
- Providing information to help you use and protect your SmartCities card
- Reviewing and amending our procedures for recording out of hours calls
- Adding information pages on the website to clearly explain our procedures
