To make a booking for a personal search please search the register and complete the booking form. There are no restrictions on how many searches you can book. The booking system will locate the earliest date available for the search. We require a minimum of five working days to make the data available to you. The daily cut off time is 4pm; bookings made after 4pm will be made on the next working day.
An uploaded plan of the property/area to be searched is required at the time of booking and a booking cannot be secured without this.
Accessing the data
Requested Data will published on our personal search page. We aim to make the data available to you by 10am on the date requested and it will remain on this page for the day of the booking only.
When you look at the data please remember that due to the drawing of boundary lines on the computer systems not all planning permissions (part 3 charges) may show on our extract. Also, some information revealed may not be relevant (eg on a site abutting the drawn search area).
You will also need to search planning public access to make sure you obtain all relevant planning permissions.
If you are carrying out a personal search, you may also wish to consult public records held by other departments in the council. Please see the document below for further details on how to arrange this.
