Proposed model of Children's Disability Services consultation for parents

Purpose:

A review of the services for Southampton's disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs has recently taken place. The A-buzz parent carer forum has given us an idea of parents' views throughout the whole process.

Recommendations from the review have contributed to a proposed new model of services for children, young people and their families, which centres around a combined Child Development Service. The consultation closed on 8 April 2011.
