The foster carers' ball was held on 25 November 2011 at St Mary’s Stadium, it was a chance for Southampton City Council to thank foster carers for the difference they make to the lives of vulnerable children and young people in the city.
This questionnaire is available at the bottom of the page and should only be completed by foster carers. The purpose of the questionnaire is to get feedback on this year's ball and to get ideas for other events and next year's ball.
The survey ran from 12 December 2011 until 16 January 2012 and is now closed. The results are due in February and will be available on this page.
