Licensing houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) proposed fees for 2010/11

Purpose:

The Council has a legal duty to licence houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) that are occupied by five or more unrelated people and have three or more floors (storeys). The purpose of this consultation is to seek views on the way that the licensing fees are set, the proposed fee structure and the fees proposed for 2010/11 (effective 1 April 2010). Details of the fees and other information is available below.
