Purpose:
This postal survey aims to find out how satisfied council leaseholders are with their home and the services they receive from the council. This important information will be used to help improve leaseholder services in the future. A sample copy of the questionnaire is available below.
The consultation is now closed and the results are due in August and will be available on the Leaseholder Forum and in Tenants Link magazine towards the end of 2011.
