Purpose:
The overall objective of the research is to provide greater detail on Southampton senior citizens views (those aged 60+) on the idea of online registration and renewal for their concessionary bus passes. The research was also used to establish how the smart card initiative might be expanded to enable cardholders to become more active and to explore what additional services they would like to have added to the card in the future.
