Purpose:
Southampton City Council has made a firm commitment to improving services for its tenants. The Tenants’ Link Special Questionnaire asked council tenants for their feedback to help inform service improvements and ensure that they are involved in the decisions that affect them. Questionnaires were sent by post to all council tenants in early November 2010.
