Purpose:
This report summarises the findings of three focus groups conducted with Southampton city council tenants and leaseholders in February/March 2011. The groups aimed to provide insight to guide the future development of Tenants’ Link magazine. The findings have been shared with key managers, and where possible, will be incorporated into the magazine by Christmas 2011.
