Cabinet members

The leader of the council is elected every year at the annual meeting of the council. The leader then appoints a cabinet of between two and nine members. The Leader of the Council and Cabinet are supported by Democratic & Members Services.

Councillor Royston Smith was elected as Leader of the Council at the Full Council meeting on 18 May 2011 and he has appointed the following councillors as Cabinet Members.
