Local Employer Partnerships are a partnership deal between Jobcentre Plus (JCP) and employers. They are a new ground breaking way of giving 250,000 of JCP's overlooked and priority customers the opportunity to acquire the skills needed to get into work and to develop those skills to stay and further progress in work.
Employers may also be eligible for a cash back sum of £1000 to recruit through this channel.
