Council values

The five values below define the culture of the organisation and set out the way that the council operates. They are supported by seven priorities which underpin all of the Council’s work.

We will manage effectively to ensure business performance and high standards of service. We will monitor and evaluate our activities continuously and strive for improvements in all that we do. We will promote effective working partnerships, internally and externally.
