If you do experience a problem or have a concern which you feel we should know about, we ask you to speak to the responsible service and give them a chance to put it right. Staff in council areas can sort out most day to day problems very quickly.
If we can't resolve things satisfactorily in that way, more formal complaints procedures are available. These are intended to address loss, inconvenience or injustice resulting from a fault on our part.
