The customer care and complaints team deal with compliments, comments and complaints about children's services. This includes children’s social care, education, and services for young people. We can also offer advice regarding making a complaint with schools. For more information, please see the children's services comments, compliments and complaints leaflet at the bottom of the page.

They will be able to advise you of how their complaints policy and processes are applied. They can advise you how to proceed, including how to make a complaint about a school.
