Civic Centre:

Our main offices are at the Civic Centre (SO14 7LY), which is centrally located. The Civic Centre is within easy walking distance (half a mile) of the central Railway Station. Car Parks and directions from the airport are shown on the city centre map: City Centre Map - Civic Centre located at grid reference B3

Gateway

Gateway is our face to face contact centre based on the ground floor of One Guildhall Square, Southampton SO14 7FP. It is open Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Wednesday: 9.30am - 5.30pm and late opening on Thursday: 8.30am - 7pm
