When you contact us we will need your name, address, contact number and the details of your enquiry. If you are reporting a pothole we'll need the road name and exact location, the approximate size of the hole is also very helpful or if you are reporting a fault with a lamp column we need the road name, the lamp column number and the nature of the fault you are reporting.
