Quarterly Performance Monitoring

Quarterly updates on targets for telephone monitoring are shown below. The targets have been agreed locally by the Chief Officers Management Team:

Quarter 2: July 2011 - September 2011

  • 85% of calls to publicised numbers to be answered within 20 seconds: 92.4%
  • Call centre target: 80% of calls to be answered in 30 seconds: 78.91%
