If you are deaf or hard of hearing and living in the city of Southampton then we may be able to help you to find work or training. We’ll help you get past barriers that you may have faced in the past when you have looked for work. We’ll give you advice and support so you can get the job you want. We can give your employer deaf awareness training on your behalf, making it easier for them and you when you start working.

This project is funded by the European Social Fund.

If you would like our help you can be referred by:

• Any outside agency
• A self referral.
