Work experience

Working with local agencies, we are able to offer work experience placements with priority given to people who are experiencing barriers to employment, for example because of a disability, or a health problem, or for lone parents.

Details of service:

Work experience placements may be offered to people who are experiencing barriers to employment including:

  • People with a disability

  • People with long term health issues including mental health

  • People from balck and ethnic minority backgrounds

  • Young people including looked after children, care leavers and those in conflict with the law

  • Lone parents or carers and the long term unemployed

This type of placement would normally be requested through an agency such as those listed below (this is not an exhaustive list):
