The small memorial plaques are located in the Hall of Remembrance room at Southampton Crematorium.

Hall of Remembrance small memorial plaques can be dedicated for 5, 10 or 20 years and are renewable thereafter.

The form can be filled in and returned by email or printed off and sent by post.

On receipt of the form a member of the team will contact you to discuss your requirements.

DIMENSIONS - 9in x 2¼in (240mm x 60mm)
MATERIALS - Aluminium with text and graphics embedded into the plate
TEXT - Plaques can accommodate six lines of text with up to 50 characters a line unless an image is required. The font is Times New Roman. The name on the second line will be in uppercase bold font. Verses or quotes may be in italics. Inscription only plaques have text placed centrally
DECORATION - Plaques can be enhanced with the addition of an emblem or symbol, in which case the inscription will be offset

With effect from 1 April 2024, the cost for a five-year small hall of remembrance plaque is £193 including VAT.
