Safeguarding adults: Information for care professionals

Southampton City Council understands that abuse can happen and that it can happen anywhere. The council’s social services department has produced a policy called the “Safeguarding Adults Policy” which explains what we will do if the abuse of a vulnerable person is suspected and/or reported to us.
