Carers' information pack

The Carers' information pack contains fact sheets which offer help and advice to carers.

Carer's assessment

If you care for someone a carer's assessment will help us find out what support and services you need.

Adult placement

The Adult placement scheme is an arrangement which allows a person or a family to care for someone in their own home.

Carers' strategy

In consultation with key organisations across Southampton City, the Directorate of Communities, Health & Care have now produced a strategy for carers covering the period 2008 - 2010.
