City Shopmobility

Southampton Shopmobility provides manual and electric wheelchairs and scooters, as well as a "Shopping Companion" service enabling people to access Southampton's shops and facilities independently.

Who can use this service:

The Shopmobility service can be used by anyone with a walking difficulty, be it temporary or permanent. You do not have to be registered disabled to use the service. The service provides manual and leectric wheelchairs as well as cooters for daily hire. There are no criteria or assessment is required to use this service. This service is for people living in the world.

Charges:

There is a charge associated with this service. £2.50 per daily visit for non-members. £1.50 per daily visit for members. £5.00 membership fee.
