Returning to health

We have a number of services available to help people who are returning to health. This could be as a result of a fall or following a stay in hospital. If you would like more information on what services we provide please contact us.

Specialist teams

There are a number of specialist teams to help you return to health, including the Rapid response team, Rehabilitation teams and the Hospital discharge team.

City care

City care are Southampton's in house domiciliary (home) care service. They provide help and support to adults over the age of 18 to help them stay in their own homes and live as indpendently as possible.

Brownhill House

Located in Maybush to the West of the city, Brownhill House offers short term residential and rest home accomodation.
