Concierge service - Privacy mode

If you do not wish to receive any calls through your handset you may press the “Privacy” button. This will re-direct all calls to your flat to the control centre for a period of eight hours. Generally, the control centre will advise callers that you do not wish to receive calls. The control centre reserves the right to override the privacy mode but will only do this in what are believed to be urgent or emergency situations.
