What does the Concierge service achieve?


The objectives of the service are to help:

• Improve security and safety in and around your block.
• Reduce the fear of crime.
• Support the general well-being of the residents by monitoring activities.
• Reduce anti-social behaviour, and where anti social behaviour does occur, identify it and support action against those involved.
• Reduce the number of unauthorised visitors entering your block.
• Help the council manage tenancies.
• Help genuine visitors enter the block.
• Co-ordinate responses to the breaches of security and other issues in and around the block.
• Monitor the use of door entrances and take appropriate action where issues are identified.
• Continue to protect individuals’ privacy.

Pilot scheme

A successful pilot scheme and extension of the service to more tower blocks.
