Incidents near your home
You should report incidents such as crime and anti social behaviour to the police and / or your local housing office. They will then contact the concierge service if they wish to see a CCTV recording.What the Concierge service is not for
The service will only deal with the items on these pages. You should not use it to contact the council about other matters such as repairs or questions about your tenancy. If you have a question about safety, security or door entry you should contact your local housing office.
Concierge service interruptions
The concierge service may occasionally not be available due to power or systems faults.
