Details of service:
When you started your tenancy with Southampton City Council, you signed a tenancy agreement.
This is an important document setting out your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. It is the legal contract between you and the council. As a tenant you must keep to the conditions of the tenancy as set out in the agreement.
You are responsible for the conduct and behaviour of friends, relatives, any other people (including children) and pets living in or visiting your home, communal area or locality.
It is important that you refer to your tenancy agreement for full details of your rights and responsibilities. If you have any queries contact your Local Housing Office.
