Eviction from Council Housing
As a council tenant, you will sign a tenancy agreement. In order to keep that agreement there are certain things that you will need to do and not do. For example, you will need to pay your rent on time and use your home respectfully and as permitted (including number of people and pets). In addition aniti-social behaviour from you or visitors will not be tolerated. Breaking your agreement can lead to eviction of tenants.
