It will help explain your rights and obligations as a council tenant. If you need help translating any part of the handbook please contact your nearest housing office.

This document is a legal agreement which describes the rights and responsibilities of Southampton City Council and you as a council housing tenant. The document is called 'Tenancy agreement' and the english version is in the right hand window to download. If you need any further help, please contact the local housing office.
