The Tenanacy agreement and Tenant's handbook contain important and useful information about your tenancy with Southampton City Council. It will help explain your rights and obligations as a council tenant. If you need help translating any part of the handbook please contact your nearest housing office.
A CD is also available which lists all 18 documents and provides audio versions in MP3 format. The audio element of this CD will play in any domestic DVD player. For further enquiries please contact your local housing office.

The Tenancy agreement
This document is a legal agreement which describes the rights and responsibilities of Southampton City Council and you as a council housing tenant. The document is called 'Tenancy agreement' and the english version is in the right hand window to download. If you need any further help, please contact the local housing office.
