Decorating Scheme Introduction
What decorating is available?
If you are a council tenant it is your responsibility to decorate the inside of your home. However, this scheme provides a decorating service for some older and disabled tenants. Improvements were made to the scheme in April 2006. Eligible households can now have two rooms decorated every 5 years. Note also that the age eligibility has been reduced from 75 to 70 years.

The room decorating includes painting ceilings, walls, window frames and doors in up to two rooms in a colour scheme of your choice, from our wide selection. If you provide wallpaper or borders we can put these up as part of the service. | |
