Decoration and disturbance allowance
(Also known as: Decorative vouchers)
The allowance, in special circumstances, provides vouchers towards decorating materials for council tenants.
Who can use this service:
The vouchers are available to Southampton City Council tenants in certain circumstances, such as damage during a repair. Tenants need to be assessed to see if they meet the criteria.
Ways To Apply:
Tenants should contact their local housing office in the first instance to see if they qualify.
