The council owns and manages over 17000 homes in the city.
We believe that all tenants and leaseholders should be able to help guide the way their homes are provided and managed. To achieve this we will work in partnership with tenants, leaseholders, prospective tenants and other residents to design, monitor and review services. This 'Having Your Say' document explains all the different ways that we will consult with tenants and how, by working together, we can improve the Housing service.
The strategy was written with a group of tenants back in 2004 and is about to be rewritten. If you would like to get involved with helping us develop a new strategy please contact the Tenant Participation Unit on 023 8083 3185.
