The Tenants Federation are a small group of tenants and leaseholders, who work on behalf of Tenant Associations, Block Reps and other tenants, to take up issues of common concern and ensure that tenants and leaseholders are kept fully informed and involved in the management of your Housing Service.

The Tenants Federation hold open meetings once a month at various locations throughout the city. Their meetings are fairly informal with a mixture of speakers, discussions and question and answer sessions. Recent meetings have covered:
Tenant involvement – new ideas to improve it
How Housing Services are addressing domestic violence
These meetings are open to all tenants and leaseholders.
The Federation are also available by phone or at their office. But office opening hours may vary so please ring to check availability of the Tenants Federation first.
Over the next few months the Tenants Federation want to hear from as many tenants and leaseholders as possible to help them identify the issues that most concern you.
