List of Tenant Associations

This list shows the constituted Tenants Associations in Southampton and the areas they cover.

Central area of the City

• Albion Towers Tenants & Residents Association covering Albion Towers.
• Castle House Residents Association covering Castle House.
• Holyrood Tenants & Residents Association covering Holyrood Estate, King Street, Lime Street, Orchard Lane, St Bernard Street & Queensway.
• Northam Tenants & Residents Association covering the River Itchen to the north and east, the London/Weymouth railway line in the West and Britannia Road in the South.
• St Marys Tenants & Residents Association covering from the railway line in Clifford Street including St Marys Street and all road leading off to the right of St Marys Street excluding Albion Towers. The area is bordered by the college, railway and Kingsway.
• Wyndham Court Residents Association covering Wyndham Court.

South area of the City—covering Weston, Peartree and Sholing

• Bishops Crescent Tenants & Residents Association covering Bishops Crescent.
• Weston Court Tenants Association covering Weston Court.
• Wharncliffe Road Tenants and Residents Association covering Wharncliffe House, Riverview House and Highlands House.

West area of the City—covering Shirley and Lordshill

• Channel Isles & District Residents Associationcovering Alderney Close, St Brelades Palce, Guernsey Close, St Helier Place, Jersey Close, 1-299 Lower Brownhill Road, St Martins Close, Portelet House and Rozel Court.
• Four Walls Tenants & Residents Association covering Purbrook Close, Bansbury Close, Waltham Crescent, Petworth Gardens, Aldermoor Road (Flat above the shops).
• Shirley Towers Association of Residents covering Shirley Towers.
• Kinloss, Cardington & Cranwell Court Tenants Association covering Cardington, Cranwell Court and Kinloss Court.
• Sedbergh Area Tenants and Residents Association covering Sedbergh Road, All Saints Close, Colwell Close, Totland Close, Mardale Road, Ingleton Road, Pevensey Close, Bideford Close, and Copeland Road.

East area of the City—covering Thornhill, Town Hill Park and Harefield

• Harefield Tenants & Residents Association covering Harefield Estate.

North area of the City—covering Swaythling

• PRADOS Tenants & Residents Association covering Adelaide Road, Bellamy Court, Griffin Court, Ingram Court,Osbourne Road North, and Pettinger Gardens.
• Ventnor Court Tenants & Residents Association covering Flat 1–122 Ventnor Court.
