Private sector housing strategy 2003-2010
The private sector housing strategy forms part of the council’s housing strategy. It sets out the council’s plans for improving the quality of the city’s existing private sector housing stock and how it intends to deliver the vision of a decent, safe and healthy home for all those citizens living within it.How long does this strategy last?
The strategy covers 7 years ahead covering the period 2003 to 2010.
When will the strategy be reviewed?
The strategy will be reviewed annually to check and monitor progress against its objectives, and to take into account new data, key national, regional or local policy changes and changes in legislation.
